I see that you have added a "Top Tea Blog 2010" award that lists to an "online nursing programs" site on your blog's sidebar. This award is part of a link scheme designed to manipulate google rankings so that site can profit off search terms relating to online nursing programs. I did some digging and wrote a post about this: "Awards" and Search Engine Optimization Scams.
I would urge you to take this reward down. The site has since been banned from Google's index and linking to such sites is generally not a good idea!
